1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Remote areas may take a little longer (up to 10 business days).

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

5. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing (before dispatch). Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
